    Hi There,
I could try to find a manual for it to see if we can override.  But, you are left with two choices. A universal keychain fob can be purchased via EBay or any good auto parts store.  But, you'd need the manual to program it.  The only other choice is to destroy:)  LOL!  See if you can sever the brain from the car's system.

My '99 has Toyota's VIP (Vehicle Intrusion Protection) system in it.  To sever the brain's connection there, it's only a matter of slicing the wires that lead from the car to the brain under my driver's seat.

I would sever the thing UNLESS you can get the model and make BUT I would sever the connection so I could atleast USE it later in time should I want, or sell the brain as a replacement part, or just use it to add a little extra value to the car should I want to sell it (but, with no remote, I don't exactly see how'd that work:))

Like I said though, if you can get me the model number and make, we could find the manual and ACTUALLY get some use out of that thing.  But, you need the car, so.. slicing the connection is probably the next best alternative.
    hope it helps
