A question about pages/groups

I have an old group that's apparently going to be archived named We Call This Music Fab, which is devoted to musicians creating music in the style of the Beatles. Am I allowed to create a page or group in a situation where the subject is like this one where there is no official person to sanction it except me?

    Also, if the groups you belong to are deemed "Adult" or were optioned to not display in the yahoo group directory, they won't show up in the group section.
