My office has a network of 4 computers. Usually the Prolink modem is turned on before booting up the computers. When I turn on my computer, the booting up seems to cut off my Internet signal, or rather ADSL, I don't know which one. When I run a diagnostic test, it says ATM OAM F5 segment loopback - FAIL. What does this mean, and how do I rectify this problem?
