Anoop Desai - The eighth season of American Idol premiered on January 13, 2009. Judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson are judges along with Ryan Seacrest as host. This season introduced Kara DioGuardi as the fourth judge on the panel. The intereactive reality show directed by Bruce Gowers and created by Simon Fuller, being broadcast on FOX TV.In the audition in Kansas City August 8, 2008 in Kemper Arena for American Idol season eight , Anoop Desai sang “Thank You” .He came in shorts and flip-flops and Simon Cowell had a bit of a racist remark that Anoop looked like he just came from a “meeting with Bill Gates”.
