     Take a look at embedded360.com. They offer a wide range of services in this area including development and testing services on programmable devices. Also try softeq.com and calsoftinc.com. They may be offering similar services too. But in my opinion Embedded360 is the best because they have good domain knowledge, expertise, and experience to back their projects.

   You can try the following: embedded360.com, tekroots.com, einfochips.com, or madebydelta.com. I personally recommend Embedded360 because they have very good domain knowledge and expertise. And they are also cost-effective.
