Are my sites google friendly to add adsense?

I do have 2 blogs. Both were made a few months back. Just want to know if they are google friendly

    • Follow the Content Guidelines
    • Use Copyrighted Material
    • Follow Webmaster Guidelines
    • Use accurate Traffic Sources
    • Appropriate Ad Behavior and Ad Placement
    • Google suitable site behavior
    • Use of competitive Ads and Services
