I heard that there are some restrictions of Cathay Pacific to use Manage my booking, what are the restrictions can you tell me.

    You cannot use Manage My Booking, if
        * your booking is part of a group booking
        * all flights in your booking have been cancelled
        * all flights in your booking have been taken 3 days or longer ago.
