Atif Mirza Ottawa real estate deal maker. He is young, motivated and very hard working. Works around the clock for his clients and goes out of his way to make things easier. We all know it’s not just the house; it’s the presentation, the location and the price. He sends cleaners, he has handymen who are right on the ball for getting things done on time and within budget. He knows babysitters, lawyers, top mortgage lenders plus lot of other things to make buying or selling your home a breeze. Not only has he had all these resources he makes it available to his clients before during and after the sale. I wanted to sell my house but kept putting it off at first i thought it was due to my health but in reality i could not get up and clean the house to make sure whoever comes to view it, sees it as it should be. Without asking Atif sent me a cleaner with no obligation and I didn’t even list my house with him. He called to see if I needed any help few months later and sent me someone to cut my lawn. it was these act of kindness that made me list my house with Atif Mirza and it was the right decision. I got exactly what I was looking for. My husband thinks you have a crush on me but don’t worry after 65 some men don’t think straight…. Jokes aside thank you for all of your help.
