Average speed camera on A13 in London will be active starting jan 28.  All those who don't know city of london is making so much money from the average speed check cameras that they are installed them on a13. Camera will check your average speed from one camera to the next and will send automatic tickets if you are going over the speed limit.  

Do you think the city has the right to do this, is this a scam?

    This average speed camera stuff is bull, i drive on a13 all the time and giving tickets based on average speed is not fair. some times i go faster just to pass a bad driver or a truck, this means if i do that there will be a speeding ticket coming my way.

     Its a complete joke! It only creates traffic, I believe the only reason they are doing this is to generate extra revenue, to think we had a cold war against communism!
