Best exercise to lose belly fat

I have recently lost some weight but my belly is still very fat. Please help me.

    The most effective belly exercise is to lie on a mat on your back and keep your feet flat touching the ground. Raise both your arms at 90 degree angle to your body. Take deep breaths and while you breathe out, shift your knees to your left touching the floor. You will be getting a stretched feel at your belly sides. Now do the same exercise on the right side too. Practice this for 10 times on daily basis.
