Hello,I’ve listed the on page and off page blackhat SEO factors that can lead a site to penalization. This is something I know would be the criteria in 2012 at least. Please check the list and add if there’s something more to be added!On page Black Hat SEO Methods:• Using spun content.• Creating content farms.• Mirror websites creation.• Keyword stuffing in content, titles and meta descriptions.• Placing content in “no script” sections• Placing content in DIVs with zero width and height.• Hiding the text under layer and by using “no frame”• Image Cloacking.Off Page elements:• Getting hidden inbound links.• Giving out hidden links.• Backlinks from linkfarms.• Purchasing expired domains and redirecting them to the site.• Links from spam blog comments.• Hitting trackbacks• Auto Blogging, like creating multiple blogs and setting them for auto posting using Feeds from different sources.• Bulk of social bookmarking spam.• Use of Autohits to improve Alexa Ranking.• Using URL shortners and having multiple accounts

Your list is already complete and there isn't any other known tool or technique other then the above stated in my consideration. Plus any activity which you are illegally performing is a called a blackhat even thou if it's right
