Bosch dryer WTVC533SUS Error code E12.

Bosch dryer WTVC533SUS just bought. Getting Error code E12. Filter can't be clogged. Have not had any laundry in yet. Does anyone know what is wrong?

    Supposedly the exhaust vent is clogged with Lint, not the filter catch.
