Brother ULT 2001 embroidery/sewing combo

Is there away to reset your screen that directs you change things on, it seems at the bottom it will not be do anything, and now its locked on the screen where you click ok after attaching the embroidery attachment, at one point when I was typing a letter it would do the letter beside the one I selected not the letter I wanted. Is there anything I can do to make this work? Thank you

Yes.
Put your finger on the screen and hold it there. Turn the machine off and on holding your finger there. After the different screen comes up, Press the bobbin button. You should get 5 spots numbered. Touch them in order with a dull point...back of a pin...glass ball works. If it beeps red, redo the number order. It should go green and work fine.
