Are frequent suppliers DoD U.S. and recently announced plans to build a complete and functional city for scientists, government agencies and private companies to test the use of green technology, among others.
   
   The test center will cost approximately 200 million dollars. The purpose is to test new technologies and costing before releasing to the market. The city will be fully functional, with a center, rural areas, urban areas, shopping malls and even gas stations. It can be used, for example, to test cars handled alone or energy saving appliances.
   
   However, no one will live in this city. Scientists may reside in the underground laboratories where the infrastructure will be controlled. Construction will begin in early 2012.
