CAN I CONFIRM MY TICKET WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO TRAVEL AN FEBRUARY?

    In-fact same ticket cannot be further confirmed. Now what you can do is that you can take that previous ticket which is with you and they are going to issue you a new ticket instead and you need to pay renewal fees on top of it.
   
   Same ticket cannot be issued again as it is no more valid therefore it can not be used any more.
   
   But still you need to keep it with you till the time you are being issued the new ticket after paying the renewal fees on it.
