Can I cancel my seat once I have checked in on a flight from Singapore Airline?

I want to cancel my reservation made 3 days before on Singapore Airline. Does anyone know that can I cancel my seat once I have checked in on a flight from Singapore Airline?

    Just Login to your account from Singapore airline website and click on the "Check-in" tab . Click on "View Flights" to find the flight that you have been checked-in for.
    Selecting "Cancel Check-in" on the checked-in flight will bring you to a page showing all passengers who have been checked-in. You can then proceed with your check-in cancellation.
