Can I create a new adsense account after getting banned?

I was banned by google adsense before two years for invalid click activity I nee to know if I can create a new account for different domain, with different email address, different ip address

    Yes you can create a new account after being banned. However just know that simply creating a second account after the first one has been banned is enough reason for them to ban your new account, as Google monitors the accounts
