I want to know if I can track those websites for which I don’t use Adwords. Please help

    Yes. Google Analytics offers a great breadth of functionality. you can use it to track visitor flow through your site, to view the source of referrals to your site, and to see how well visitors make it through a conversion process such as purchasing an item or signing up for a newsletter.
