If I upload my C.V when there is no job vacancy that matches my profiles, either they will call me or not.

    That is not a big problem that you submit your CV even no vacancy is available. You can upload it as per your field of interest (i.e. marketing, finance, HR, etc). When a position becomes available that matches your profile they will contact you.
