Can i use registry cleaner in this situation?

Last week, my pc get affected by some virus named "trojan". It has destroyed some of my windows registry files. Can i repair it with registry cleaner?

    Firstly you should use any good antivirus then use registory cleaner

    Yeah! You have to use registry cleaner because your windows registry files are corrupting. But registry cleaner can't remove Trojens that can only repair your windows registry files. I preferred you to use registry easy.
