Career in TV channels of Pakistan.

Pakistan's electronic media is a platform where you can get handsome amount of money and fame if you have potential.I have an aesthetic sence of creative direction and hosting.I just need a chance.There are many TV channels in Pakistan now there should be more opportunities now.Who can give me chance or show me the way to start my career?
