Champions League: Barcelona or Real Madrid?

With the Champions League final being held at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, which team wants to win it more?  Real Madrid would love to win the Champions League in their own stadium, and the pressure is on them following the millions of euros spent on their squad this season, but, Barcelona too would love it if they could retain their Champions League crown at Real Madrid’s home stadium. Florentino Perez would explode with rage.

    extra incentives.

    coming to the point, there more skillful
    but then again its a game of football,
    it can go either side & barcelona aint
    your ordinary team- they will put up a good fight.

    We know about Perez's last era. Madrid won La Liga in 2001-02 and 2002-03 and won the champions league in 2001-02 season. But having the likes of Ronaldo, Beckham, Raul, Owen, Roberto Carlos, Casillas, Zidane nad Figo, they won not even a single trophy in the next 3 years till Capello came and formed a new team. The current Galacticos are the same as most of the players are signed this season and it always takes a season or two to build tam chemistry. Currently Madrid are playing well but as a team i believe Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester United are better and they are stronger defensively. SO i believe they are quite stronger candidates of the champions league title whereas madrid may be very strong offensively, the midfield coordination and their link up with the defence and attack would be the key to madrid's fate this season. It would be hard for Madrid to develop coordination at the back too having signed 3 or 4 new defenders.

    This year it is Barcelona they are the champions of La Liga and UEFA Champions league as well. Though Real Madrid was also having world class players who are in very best of form but the players with Barca and much more talented then Real Madrid players. Barca players are naturally bestowed with such skills which haven't been seen before and they proved it that they are the best currently.

    And i totally agree with the comments of Fahad Naveed that Real Madrid defense was not up to the required mark and the basic chemistry was also missing from their game.
