   The Mercedes- Benz DFashion fashion event is most awaited in our country. To inaugurate, fashion design students from the UIA, Jannette Klein and Central universities presented their designs with 3 gateways that showed their talent and desire to succeed in this industry.
   
   Then it was the turn designer Jorge Duque, followed by Alejandra Quesada and Macario Jimenez, to close the night with CovalÃ_n Pineda. Here we leave a small overview of each:
   
   Jorge Duque
   
   Despite being a physiotherapist by profession, this great talent born in Bogotá, Colombia, began over 10 years ago to enter the world of fashion. Last year his name was strong to become winner of the first edition of Project Runway Latin America, which undoubtedly the dedication and natural talent that characterizes it was due.
   
   Although he admits that his first approach to the fashion system is due to a particular taste, it has now become their main activity, leading him to create his workshop Duquevelez, which serves its clients to measure diseñarles - on - dresses bridal, cocktail and evening.

   The collection ' Fractus ', consists of 27 looks, some applauded in the last edition of Colombiamoda. It is inspired by the work of the famous Anglo- Iraqi architect, Zaha Hadid.
   
   The collection shows the performance of the geometric construction and its functional mergers, through a new constructive dimension.
