Hai my name is Abhishek Kumar Tyagi, I have not recieved my counselling letter of UPTU Online Counselling 2009 .I  have ranked 119058 in GEN .Plz can u tell me that, What is the procedure to get duplicate counselling letter??please reply me soon., my counselling date is 18th of july 2009.
