    Hi,
    The skin and blood cells in your skin can get irritated when you shave causing them to go on to the area that you have shaved and make the skin appear darker. I would use a good oil-free shaving gel and after shave to help with this. You can also buy skin-lightning creams as well. I don't think it is the products that cause this but only the skin itself.
