    The death toll in a deadly suicide attack on a Sufi shrine in Pakistan's Punjab province in the city of Dera Ghazi Khan has increased  to over 50 people on Monday after several persons Surrendered to their intensive wounds in hospital. About Forty-one people were killed on Sunday and the others died later, while Over 100 people were injured in the attack. The Tehreek-e-Taliban has accepted the responsibility for the attack, saying it has happened as a reaction to the military operations against militants in the country's northwest.
