   Yes, Dennis died of a type of brain cancer.  He went quickly.  Six weeks after he was diagnosed he was dead.  He left behind a loving wife Jill and four grown up daughters.  Dennis was normally in the transportation department as a truck driver, captain or cocaptain.  He was in Silence of the Lambs.  In that movie when she goes into the dungeon to visit Hannibal there is a Black guard who talks to her and another guard behind the first who turns and looks at her.  The second guard was Dennis.  He was also the Santa Claus in Philadelphia that is given a signed lithograph.  I didn't see that movie but Jill has the lithograph in her home.  He worked on The Sopranos and was given some of "Tony's" shirts.  Jill has those also.  He worked on s*x in the City also and many others.
   
   He was such a nice guy that the Director of Silence of the Lambs invited Dennis and Jill to the Academy Awards.  The arrived in a limo, walked the red carpet and sat behind Eisner, the then Disney CEO, at the Awards.  After that they went to the Governor's Ball.
   
   He was a very good man and he will be missed by his family, the kids he coached in football, and those who knew him.
