   -Affordability of equipment
   
   -Layout of room (eg where are doors, sink etc)
   
   -Is equipment suitable and safe? Is it challenging but not too challenging that kids give up.
   
   -Priorities eg: Which should be bigger the quiet area or the role play?
   
   -Curriculum: Do you need maths areas, role play, a PC etc?
