   Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Professional are two different versions of Windows 7 operating system. There are some differences between these two editions.    If we compare the prices of these versions we find the starting price of Windows 7 Professional lesser than the price of Windows 7 Ultimate. The price of Windows 7 Professional is lesser than $200 whereas the price of Windows 7 Ultimate starts about $220.  Microsoft has defined the target market for both Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Ultimate. The targeted markets defined for Windows 7 Professional are the small business users and computer enthusiasts as well.
   
   At the same time the targeted market of Windows 7 Ultimate is the Enterprise users. The home users can also buy this edition of Windows 7 through individual purchase license policy.
