Do Hindus from India eat Chicken. I know they do not eat beef but they eat chicken. i just had a huge debate with a friend who says they do and i say hindus do not eat chicken? So do Hindus eat chicken, can someone who knows Hinduism please provide your feedback.

Hi there, although there are some Hindus in both India and abroad that are fully vegetarian, there is a very large proportion of Hindu believers who do eat meats excluding beef as you yourself mentioned. This certainly includes chicken, goat and fish. You can let your friend know that you were right about this one.
