There are many theories about the ayurvedic massage. Many people say they do not work, and they may be right, if the massage is the only technique used.

However, if you combine a balanced diet, exercise, and ayurvedic massage, you'll most likely lose weight in less time. None should supplant the other, but complement for best results.

The reductive massage is stronger than conventional massage technique. Arms, torso, hips, thighs, buttocks and abdomen work. The idea is to mold the figure, decrease excess fat and remove cellulite and toxins, promoting clean body resulting in reduction measures.

Another benefit of this technique is that it helps to improve the digestive system circulaciÃ_ny then moves fat deposits and muscle mass that can lead settled years in your body.

The procedure is performed through the hands of the masseur. The most common techniques are kneading knuckles and drainage. They can also be combined with pinching and percussion.

The reductive massage should be done by professionals, for inexperienced hands can leave bruises on the skin. Probably feel some pain during the session (not all relaxing), especially where there is cellulite. Fat deposits can cause you itchy.

Such treatments are not recommended for pregnant women or women who suffer from skin problems or cancer.

Remember that this technique is only a complement, and that the lost inches remain in oblivion, be sure to watch your diet and exercise.
