I leave my house around 8am in the morning. After dropping my daughter to school I go straight to my office where I stay till around 6pm. After that I go to an educational academy where I teach for about 2 hours and at times even more. When I am done with the teaching I then stop by car at the gym for some workout. This busy schedule proves to be quite tiring and I have started feeling a lot of stress on myself. A friend of mine suggested trying Bach Rescue Remedy that is known for providing comfort and relaxation. I would like to know if the Bach rescue remedy actually works or not.

The Bach rescue remedy is certainly known as a good stress reliever but you have to take it regularly. Although quite mildly, but It really works and it is recommended to take around 3 to 4 drops a day or whenever you feel stressed. However, it must always be remembered that the biggest healer to all your anxieties and discomforts in your own will power.
