Does Mobilink Jazz One offer also charge call set-up fee on international calls?

Most of my relatives are settled abroad and I am using Mobilink Jazz sim but my package is ladies first. In this package I have to pay a lot of call set-up charges for international calls. I want to change my package to Mobilink Jazz One and want to know that in this package should I also have to pay call set-up charges for  international calls. If yes what are the details.

    Mobilink Jazz One also charges call set-up fee on international calls, but that was not to much.
