Does the Darrelle Revis trade work out better for the Jets or the Buccaneers?

I've got to be honest with you the X factor in this trade is what the Jets do with the 2013 1st round pick (13th overall) as well as a conditional 4th round pick that is likely to end up a 3rd round pick in the 2014 draft. Revis himself was drafted 14th overall and has quickly become the elite cornerback in the NFL save for Richard Sherman of the Seahawks. The other thing that must be considered is that he is coming of an ACL injury which always does have the potential to effect a player's level of play. This can be quelled by the fact that sports medicine and rehabilitation are so advanced nowadays that it is likely he will come back in top physical shape.
If the new GM in New York can work some magic and draft some real building blocks, essentially drafting two solid players with said picks, they could make out well. The fact overall is though that dozens of cornerbacks get drafted every year and it has been a long time since we have seen one that is as good as Revis has proven to be over the past few seasons.
He is relied on to shut down half the field and succeeded on the majority of plays. If he can excel in Tampa's system the way he had in Rex Ryan's the Bucs definitely made off with the better end of the deal. In a passing league having the best corner in the game is crucial.
