Easier to do push up with legs wide open or closed?

Push-ups are a great way to improve upper-body strength, mainly training pectoral and triceps muscles. There are different ways by which you can increase and decrease the pushup intensity. I think it is easier to do pushups when you have open legs as you get more support with them. But if you plan to be an expert of this art, you should practice it with closed legs, which will be hard at first but you will master it eventually.
