A man was arrested by Australian Federal Police on Sunday after he arrived at Brisbane airport, in transit through Australia on his way home to Britain. He had given fraudulent information to the department about a female acquaintance's application for a 2nd working-holiday visa. Will he be charged for aiding and abetting a breach of the Migration Act.

    It will be alleged this man aided and abetted a breach of the Migration Act and, therefore, according to the criminal code, he is taken to have committed the same offence.
    The man is expected to appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court soon.
