Cancer incidence and death rates are expanding rapidly. Specifically breast cancerous infection is the most widespread malignancy amidst women in all the nations while it has been studied. The tendencies in incident of breast cancerous infection might be associated to diverse communal, heritage, ecological, life-style associated customs and numerous other factors. The variations in the density and diversity of these components amidst localities demand distinct study for each geographical area. There has been study work on the health facet of breast cancerous infection in Pakistan but it is deficient in epidemiological investigations on breast cancer. This epidemiological study work on breast cancerous infection has been offered with the submission of sophisticated statistical methodology.

There are fundamentally two alternatives for an epidemiological study, namely, potential and retrospective or more mechanically cohort and case-control studies. For both kinds of investigations, the statistical methodology utilised for investigation is logistic regression. Case-control investigations are of two kinds; unmatched and agreed case-control studies. For agreed investigations the controls are agreed to the situations for some confusing variable. Age is a confusing variable for investigations on cancer. Unconditional logistic regression investigation is directed to unmatched case-control investigations and dependent logistic regression for investigating agreed case-control studies. The last cited method is rather exorbitant thus restricted in application.
