I have recently purchased an iPhone from Istanbul 1 year ago. When I was updating a new operating system version in my iPhone, I got an error 1015. I’m so much tensed and perplexed from that day. Suggest me any method, how I can get rid of that error 1015. Is it a big issue or problem?

Apple offers new changes to I Phone’s operating system every year, which requires an iTunes update. If you attempt to restore your device after an update and an error 1015 pops up on your screen, it is surely because you are trying to restore it to an unacceptable version of iPhone software or have altered your device. Dear, don’t be worry. It’s not a big problem to solve. It is fairly a very common error which is designed for the safety of your iPhone. Its solution is very easy and for that you don’t have to be nerd, geek, tech savvy or computer programmer. There is no rocket science required for that. It occurs when you are attempting to downgrade the operating system (OS) on your iPhone to an older version of the software. Once an iPhone has the latest OS, reverting to an older version is not supported. Avoiding error 1015 is therefore generally as easy as leaving the latest version of iPhone OS on your device. Sometimes it comes due to restoration. For that just simply attach the device to your computer with the dock connector to USB cable while iTunes is open and select the "Summary" tab of your iPhone screen and then choose "Restore" to begin the process. Sometimes, it’s due to some hardware problem but it is very rare. Apple also provides you a one year hardware warranty to claim hardware damages if any.
