Fish & Seafood soup

I have a formal dinner tomorrow, a lot of my colleagues and friends will be coming,  as it is the winter season I wanted an appetizer of some kind of Seafood soup, can I have a recipe of a good tasteful seafood soup?

     For a crab soup you will need 2 tablespoons of butter, a fine chopped onion, some flour, water one cup crab meat, celery, parsley, salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce and milk.

    Preparation: add onion onto melted butter until it turns out brown, Blend in flour on top of the onions and slowly add water, cook until it gets thick. Add crab meat with celery and parsley, Add salt and pepper on top with a dash of Tabasco sauce, let it cook on low flame for about 30 minutes. add Scalded milk before serving.

    This dish serves four persons it is a healthy meal especially for winters.
