HI, Just bought a used nextstar 8 telescope ( shipped from colorado) and can't see anything

It's a nexstar 8 with gps and 7x50 spotter scope. I can't see anything thru the main scope / not even when it's pointed at the full moon. Seems like the focas k**b dos'nt do anything. Chris H.

    Their might be some thing wrong so you should must visit company's service center near you so that they help you to resolve your issue in a better way.
