Hi, I hv lost my Indian passport with Valid L1B visa together with I-94 form ? can somebody explain

We stay in Irving Texas and I lost my passport on friday evening. As you all know every thing is closed in USA on weekends we r just unable to get any clue on it? How can we gather all these things (re stamping of L1B Visa, new passport, Form I-94) reissued again?  what r the correct steps

    Hi. I94 is your port of entry document. It is mandatory for you to leagally stay in the US till the expiry of I94. You have to first mail the indian consulate and apply for your passport. You will recieve a mail or a call to you by the consulate, then submit your copy of I94, new & old Passport copies, and you attested degree sheets to the location of indian consulate you are mailing too.
