My son is around 8 year old and attending school regularly since last 5 years. Unlike many other kids of his age he is quite lazy and lethargic. He hardly participates in any games or adventures like most kids of his age do and gets tired very early if ever tries to engage in any such activity. Looking at these circumstances I would like to know about symptoms of Asthma in children before going for proper medical treatment.

As a parent, you need to be very careful if you even feel that your child is suffering from a chronic disease like Asthma. Any ignorance in this case can prove to be quite fatal. Given below are a few signs that will confirm whether or not your child is suffering from Asthma.

    • A whistling noise of      changing loudness called Wheezing that occurs when the airways of the      lungs become narrow

    •
    • Unusual coughing

    •
    • Tightening of the chest

    •
    • Difficulty in breathing

    •
    • Disturbed or uncomfortable      while asleep.

    •
    • Quick tiredness after      exercising.

If you see any of these symptoms then you must visit the doctor at the earliest possible.
