How Hitler become a dictator although he belongs to a poor family?

   Its no where written in any documentation that a Dictator should be from a rich family. And in case of Hitler, he was head of German army at the time when he became the Dictator. Anyways to become a Dictator you don't need to be rich or poor you just move bang in.
