   A wages cap or salary cap will be part of the new CBA, with approximates that the cap will be round $120 million.   Most teams will be well under the cap, but there are teams that could be over or taut to the cap counting on how the new CBA manages “dead money” and other issues.
   
   ESPN.com lately approximated the Cowboys are not less than $18.9 million over a cap of $120 million.  That number could be massaged, but some high cost talent may have to proceed for Dallas to make essential proceeds this offseason.
