   Uk is contributing a lot in Libya in order to provide relief to people. Their efforts include tents and blankets for 10,000 people on the border, Andrew Mitchell IDA secretary said.
   Effort also includes flying 6,000 evacuees back to their home country.
   Mr Mitchell, who is in Libya, told the BBC's Jim Muir that the number of people crossing the border in to Tunisia had fallen to 1,863 on Thursday from around 10,000 on Wednesday - but that he had no explanation for the sudden drop.
