How can I contact SBP Officials for a personal complain?

I’m applying for a job at SBP which is always looking for people and everybody gets jobs there. Two of my friends in the last 2 weeks got jobs. But I haven’t received any call till now? How can I contact State bank of Pakistan Officials for a personal complain?
