How can I make my sites to be Google friendly for the search engines?

I do have 2 blogs. Both were made a few months back. Just want to know if they are google friendly?

    In order to make sure if your site is Google friendly, your site must adhere to the policies which asks you to:
    • Follow the Content Guidelines
    • Use Copyrighted Material
    • Follow Webmaster Guidelines
    • Use accurate Traffic Sources
    • Appropriate Ad Behavior and Ad Placement
    • Google suitable site behavior
    • Use of competitive Ads and Services
