How can I set up Time on Site goal for analytics?

I want to keep in check the behavior of my site with analytics time on site and I need to set it but, so please help me out with this

    To create this goal, just select 'Time on Site' as the goal type on  and select a condition that is either your analytics account greater than or lesser than the time on site you want your visitor to reach. For the hours, minutes, and seconds fields, enter whole integers.
