How can I verify a site using Webmaster Meta Tag option?

I do not have the access to my DNS server and I tend to know the process of verifying my site with the webmaster meta tag tool

    This is the best option if you don't have access to your server.
    1. On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click Verify this site next to the site you want.
    2. In the Verification method list, select Meta tag, and follow the steps on your screen.
    Once you've added the tag to your home page, click Verify.
