I don't think Canada is a (totally) corrupt country compared to the United States. If you take a look at when Barack Obama was running for president, I truly believed that he would help americans in a way that would change their lives and help out the middle class out of the mess the government put them in, in the first place. But sadly, and without understanding, even a great man with a great vision got seduced, either by pressure or cash, and things are no better. The financial markets are really bad, and more people are in-debting themselves with money they will never be able to repay. And no one is doing anything about it. When you have 1,000,000 forclosures, there is something to worry about. It's not the peoples fault, because they think their jobs are secure. But with the collapse of Jobs in the U.S going to china and major financial companies profiting from these foreclosures, people don't know they are being toyed around. And it's sad, I feel for them, they are human beings and deserve more respect. One day I hope the middle class will rise, and fight for the right of freedom they have lost many years ago. And make the top 1% of CEO's pay dearly for what they have done. Because the law won't.
Fight for a better future. And me myself as a canadian citizen know that it is not as bad, but then again all our economies are linked, so it's a matter of time before the middle class here gets that slap in the face as well. But by far we still do live better than most. Sadly on the poor countries backs :(
The middle class, and the poor outnumber the rich, and they know this, and are scared of this, we should make it reality to them, and make them understand that we are not a force to be messed with. The will litteraly sh"" in their pants.
Live free, and be happy.
